Excited guests were met with technical glitches and aggravation while trying to reserve their spots for upcoming trips. We have heard from numerous guests that they were on and ready at 7am, but have spent hours getting error messages or getting to screens that don’t have a reservations option. This is not surprising given Disney’s past issues with their servers being unable to take in a lot of foot traffic. We hope that everyone is able to get their reservations soon and this is not going to turn into an all day event.

No success. Been up since 6. It seems like I wait forever, it asks me to sign in And then boots me out.
It was a bit crazy for Disney to open the parks reservation system for 14 months in advance. They should have slowly opened it up for certain dates…knowing that their system would be overloaded. ANNIEway, after 1:45 mins of staring at a pink castle, I received the Orbit screen with a timer. The timer would go down; but sometimes add seconds to itself. After staring at it and sweating profusely watching it go from 0:00 BACK TO 0:30 three times in a row…I FINALLY WAS ABLE TO GET OUR PARK RESERVATIONS. Best of luck to all!
